Welcome to Business First Bank’s new Personal Online Banking services. As a division of Heritage Oaks Bank, Business First Bank is now offering added features and benefits for its Online and Bill Pay customers. The links above will take you to the new system, and the pages will reference our new parent Heritage Oaks Bank and partner CheckFree.
If you are a regular customer of Online Banking, your User ID remains the same. Your password has been modified to consist of your zip code plus last four digits of SSN, and you need to use the new password and complete a simple registration of your security questions.
For those customers who utilized Business First’s Personal or Business Bill Payment service prior to March 8, 2008, you may continue to do so using the designated link. Your User ID will remain the same as your Online Banking User ID, and you will use the last four digits of your SSN for a simple one-time registration.
